Established in 1996, Zhuzhou Jingcheng Industrial Co.Ltd is specialized in producing tungsten carbide saw tips ,carbide saw discs (cutters), strips ,drill bits....

At present, there are 2 factories producing products and 280 employees working here. Yet our THIRD factory ,which covers 30,000 square meters , is to be finished at the end of 2009. Now, we've imported the most advanced equipment from Germany, such as the HIP from PVA. From 2010, we'll produce more and more advanced products, esp saw tips.

Till now,we are the biggest and most professional saw tips manufacturer in China.Every year ,we sell over 600 tons of carbide products,among which saw tips are about 500 tons; carbide saw discs (cutters) are about 80 tons, strips and other products are about 40 tons. From 2010 on, with our Third factory's starting production, our annual capacity will be amazing !

We have different grades for your choice :for woodwoking, we have K30, K20, K10 (HC10) , K01(HC03) , KCR06; for aluminium cutting, we have K15, K10; for metal cutting, we have P40,P20.M20....

Different specifications are available in my company.We have our own mould production line to customize what you need as per your drawings !

We have been doing business with many European companies for 8 years ! In recent years, we also attended so many oversea Exhibitions, such as LIGNA (in Gernany), IWF (in America), Mokkiten Nagoya wood show (in Japan),Dubai woodshow (in UAE ) and many shows in China ,too. Next year, we'll exhibit at WMF (in Beijing) and IWF again . My company is well-known by more and more companies. And also our products are export to Europe, Japan, Korea, Ukraine, Turkey.....

From 2010, we'll invest much more money on Foreign Trade. With the amazing production capacity,we'll also be looking for appropriate AGENCIES all over the world !
